چکیده
Cancer is a genetic disease in which cells are unable to control their functions normally. As cancer develops, old will survive when they should die, and new grow not needed. These extra can divide endlessly form growths called tumors . This research was carried out know whether peristrophine, apioside, pelargonidin 3-Sambubioside compounds could be developed as drug Non-Small Cell Lung (NSCLC) with the silico method at ROS1 receptor Protein Data Bank code 3ZBF native ligand crizotinib. Peristrophine, have an affinity for protein binding energies of -6.12 kcal/mol on -6.74 -7.54 3-Sambubioside. molecular mechanism inhibiting through formation hydrogen bonds ROS1. From Lipinski's analysis, peristrophine test compound has met requirements seen from LD50 value compound, apioside same toxicity class comparison namely crizotinib 4 toxicity.

Clinicopathological Features of Patients with Non-small-cell Lung Cancer in West of Iran
Background: Lung cancer is the most common cause of cancer death worldwide with an annual mortality rate of more than 1.3 million worldwide. We aimed to analyze the clinicopathological features of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in west of Iran. Methods: 64 patients with NSCLC who referred to our clinic were analyzed. Sex, age, histopathology, location of the tumor, treatment,...
متن کاملATM induces radioresistance of non-small cell lung cancer A549 cells by downregulation of MDMX
Background: Tumor radioresistance leads to a reduction in the efficiency of radiation therapy. It is very important to explore the cellular mechanisms leading to radioresistance and to find potential therapeutic targets, which might improve the efficacy of radiation therapy. This study was to investigate the role of ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) and murine double minute X (MDMX) in radior...

Background: Breast cancer is known as the most widely recognized dangerous tumors; therefore, the most common reason for mortality among all instances of harmful neoplastic illness in females. This is because the lack of specific signs and symptoms at the early stage and at the aggressive nature. Currently, breast cancer treatment such as chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy has not been effe...
متن کاملThe Effect of Time-dependent Prognostic Factors on Survival of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer using Bayesian Extended Cox Model
Abstract Background: Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers around the world. The aim of this study was to use Extended Cox Model (ECM) with Bayesian approach to survey the behavior of potential time-varying prognostic factors of Non-small cell lung cancer. Materials and Methods: Survival status of all 190 patients diagnosed with Non-Small Cell lung cancer referring to hospitals in ...
متن کاملSentinel Node Mapping in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Using an Intraoperative Radiotracer Technique
Objective(s): Lymph node metastases are the most significant prognostic factor in localized non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Identification of the first nodal drainage site (sentinel node) may improve detection of metastatic nodes. Extended surgeries, such as lobectomy or pneumonectomy with lymph node dissection, are among the therapeutic options of higher acceptab...
